Academic Tutoring Payment Agreement I agree that my payment method on file will be charged $125/hour for each private lesson.

Recurring Payment Authorization - Private Lessons I authorize Total College Prep (TCP) to charge the payment method provided for each session. I understand that I will be charged for any lesson not canceled at least 48 hours in advance. A receipt will be provided for each payment. No prior notice will be given unless the date or amount changes, in which case I will receive at least 10 days' notice. This authorization remains in effect until I cancel it in writing, with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing date. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, it may be processed on the next business day.

Cancellation Policy - You may cancel or reschedule, at no additional cost, any session as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your full lesson fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

Private/Semi-Private Session Cancellation Policy I understand that if I or my student does not cancel a lesson at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, I will be charged the full cost of the lesson.
