Recurring Payment Authorization I authorize Total College Prep (TCP) to charge my selected payment method for recurring payments based on my chosen billing plan. I understand that card payments include a 3% processing fee. A receipt will be emailed for each payment. No prior notice will be sent unless the payment amount or date changes, in which case I will be notified at least 10 days in advance. This authorization remains in effect until I cancel it in writing. I agree to notify TCP of any changes to my payment method or to cancel this authorization at least 15 days before the next scheduled payment. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, it may be processed on the next business day.

Payment Agreement - ACT/SAT Prep Private Lessons I agree that my payment method will be charged $135/hour for each private lesson and $85/hour for each semi-private lesson. I understand that if I or my student does not cancel the lesson at least 48 hours prior to the lesson, for any reason, that I am responsible for and will be charged the full amount for that lesson. I understand that if I choose to pay with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy - You may cancel or reschedule, at no additional cost, any session as long as you notify us by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. A full fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

Private Session Cancellation Policy I understand that if I or my student does not cancel a lesson at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, I will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

Private/Semi-Private lesson curriculum fee I understand that a one-time $150 fee will be billed with my first payment. This fee covers access to the online curriculum, a hard copy workbook, and the practice test platform.

Please choose an online orientation to attend within two weeks of starting classes. Each session is 7 - 7:30 pm and are typically every Monday. Both parents and students are welcome to attend.
