Recurring Payment Authorization
I authorize Total College Prep (TCP) to charge my selected payment method for recurring payments based on my chosen billing plan. I understand that card payments include a 3% processing fee. A receipt will be emailed for each payment. No prior notice will be sent unless the payment amount or date changes, in which case I will be notified at least 10 days in advance. This authorization remains in effect until I cancel it in writing. I agree to notify TCP of any changes to my payment method or to cancel this authorization at least 15 days before the next scheduled payment. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, it may be processed on the next business day.
Semi-Private Billing Policy
By enrolling my child in semi-private sessions, I understand and agree that sessions are billed at a rate of $85 per hour and charged monthly in advance at the beginning of each month. I acknowledge that all scheduled session times are reserved for my child and are non-refundable, non-creditable, and cannot be rescheduled if missed, as this is a strict “use-it-or-lose-it” policy. I understand that payment secures my child’s spot for the month, and that to discontinue services, I must provide notification before the first of the upcoming month; otherwise, I am responsible for that month’s fees.
Private/Semi-Private lesson curriculum fee
I understand that a one-time $150 fee will be billed with my first payment. This fee covers access to the online curriculum, a hard copy workbook, and the practice test platform.

Please choose an online orientation to attend within two weeks of starting classes. Each session is 7 - 7:30 pm and are typically every Monday. Both parents and students are welcome to attend.
